2D-Image Module CD3600 for Custom Designs includes a complete, self-contained 1D- and 2D-Barcode Scanning Solution and can decode both mobile Phonedisplays and Paper. It can be easily integrated, is a compact Solution and easy to install and simplifies the Integration into the fixed-mounted Housing. With Honeywell's 2D-Imagemodule CF3600, the Product Design can be improved and the total Cost of the Products can be reduced.
Designed for quick and easy assembly, the 2D-Imagemodule CF3600 is supplied with decoded 2D-Optics, Enclosure, Screen, USB Interface-Card and Mounting holes, so that when the Device is installed, the necessary Adjustments and the Purchase of additional Components is minimized. In Addition, the Dimensions of the Screen on Display meet the Requirements of the European Union of the vending Industry (EVA), which simplifies Installation within Europe. A standard USB cable (available locally) can be used via the USB-Interface-Card. The Installer does not have to buy a specific Cable to connect the Barcodescanner to the Distributor for Power and Communication, which simplifies Installation and Lowers the total Cost of Ownership.
The Screen is made of scratch-resistant Glass and offers a higher Durability compared to Image modules from Polykarbonat-Plastic.
The 2D-Image module CF3600 is illuminated with a white LED (light-emitting Diode). The LED lighting is also deflected from the direct Line of Sight via a Mirror, so that no Blurring is created.
The 2D-Image module CF3600 allows Contact-Scanning or touch-free Scanning, so that the End-User can read any standard 1D- or 2D-Barcode more easily and effectively: the User simply keeps his mobile Phone-Display, a Coupon, a Customer card or a Ticket in front of the built-in Screen of the 2D-Image module of the CF3600 or touches it. To avoid Unnecessary Led when the Device is not in use, the 2D-mage module CF3600 is equipped with a remote Switch to be set by the Installer, which will not turn on the LED until the End-User is in the immediate vicinity of the Device.
